The operator of the lacava.sk online shop (hereinafter the "shop") is:

2. Orders and conclusion of the contract
By submitting an order through the shop the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms of service. The purchase contract is concluded the moment the order confirmation is delivered to the customer's email address.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in EUR including VAT. Payment can be made by:
(a) online card payment (Stripe),
(b) cash on delivery.
4. Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 10:00 are usually roasted and delivered the same day within Bratislava (postcodes 811–815, 821, 831, 841, 851). The rest of Slovakia and the Czech Republic — delivery in 1–3 business days via Packeta or UPS.
Free shipping on orders over EUR 30.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll. the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. Freshly roasted coffee is treated as a perishable food product — goods that have been opened or whose seal is damaged cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Complaints
The statutory warranty period is 24 months. We handle complaints by email at info@lacava.sk within 30 days. Please attach photographs and the order number when submitting a complaint.
7. Personal data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy policy (GDPR).
8. Final provisions
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes are resolved primarily by agreement, alternatively through the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme at https://www.soi.sk/.
