How long does the coffee stay fresh?
Three to four weeks after opening, provided you store it properly — dry, dark, and airtight.
Should I buy beans or pre-ground?
Always whole beans if you own a grinder — the aroma starts escaping within 15 minutes of grinding.
How should I store it?
In the original valve bag, in a dry, dark place. Never in the fridge.
Do you roast to order?
We roast on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed by Tuesday morning go into the next roast cycle.
